As the IT manager of the EU SME Centre, Shuo oversees all aspects of the Centre’s technology operation, ranging from website, server, CRM to equipment management. His dedicated work ensured the stability, security and efficiency of the Centre’s IT platforms so that the team could carry out their daily work smoothly.
Shuo is a proactive problem solver. Whenever there is a technical issue, he always takes a positive approach to look for possible solutions. His “can do” attitude has enabled the Centre to improve significantly its technical system that facilitates internal communications.
Prior to joining the Centre, Shuo has worked in a few private IT companies specialised in IT infrastructure, data management and network security.
