Jason Hua is the Global IT Vice President and General Manager at the IT Shared Service Center China of DB Schenker, a global logistics giant.

With more than 18 years of experience, Jason is leading the company’s deep digital strategy in China and realising business value through technological innovation.

He has extensive experience in technology strategy, team management, service delivery, business applications and process management. His deep technology management experience and business acumen has been applied to the fields of logistics, healthcare, automotive manufacturing and other industries.

Frank Redecker
Board Member, European Chamber Nanjing

Frank has more than 10 years General Manager experience in China and more than 35 years worldwide experience in various industries including manufacturing, automotive, heavy machinery, and foundry. He is focused on creating a mindset change that enables a corporation business to evolve into a sustainable and self-sufficient Learning Organisation.

He has remarkable records in transforming organisations through strategic and organisational development, process optimisation & reengineering based on LEAN management and 6SIGMA principles, including restructuring and organisational redesign & realignment across the business segments.

For about 6 years, Frank has served as an elected board member the European Chamber of Commerce of China in Tianjin as well as in Nanjing. The experience of supporting companies and talents from European countries and China to learn and benefit from each other is the key objective of his new company REACH Talent Consulting (Xuzhou) Co., Ltd. He wants to contribute to growing the cooperation between different cultures.

Frank holds a Dipl.-Eng. degree in Marine Engineering at University of Hamburg; he is CIW Certified Marine Engineer and Certified 6SIGMA Black Belt.

Helmut Güsten
General Manager, emz Hanauer (Nanjing) Co., Ltd.

Helmut Güsten is a distinguished German professional with a background in Mechanical Engineering.

Helmut has held key roles, including Technical Manager at F&G Energietechnik in Germany, and Director of the Liaison Office of the German State of Baden-Württemberg in Jiangsu. His notable achievements include growing Leitz Tooling Systems (Nanjing) Ltd. and founding PML Aluminum China.

Since 2010, Helmut has been the General Manager of emz Hanauer (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., achieving +260 staff and €40 million in revenue. He is fluent in German, English, and Chinese. Helmut also served as Chairman of the European Chamber Nanjing Chapter.
