Jacky Zhang
Chairman of Cosmetics Working Group, European Chamber

Jacky Zhang is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in regulatory affairs and public affairs within the FMCG industry, particularly in the cosmetic and food sectors in China and the EU. Currently serving as the Asia Regulatory Affairs Director at L’Oréal, he is a member of the Worldwide Regulatory & Claim Leadership Team, overseeing regulatory intelligence, advocacy, and compliance in and from Asia. With a career spanning 19 years, Jacky has held pivotal roles in leading companies, including Danone and Procter & Gamble, where he has made significant contributions to global specialized nutrition, product stewardship, and cosmetic registration.

Jacky possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise in China and global cosmetic regulations, with a keen understanding of the latest regulatory dynamics and trends, particularly in China. His strong external stakeholder network, encompassing regulators, associations, and technical institutes, has been instrumental in successful industry advocacy efforts to influence regulatory changes and drive innovation within the industry.

As the Chair of the Cosmetics Working Group at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, Jacky has played a pivotal role in shaping regulatory landscapes and fostering collaboration across industry partners. His strategic leadership and extensive industry experience make him a valuable asset in navigating complex regulatory environments and driving sustainable business growth.

Nichole Ding
Cosmetics Business Supervisor, REACH24H

Nichole Ding is the Business Supervisor on the REACH24H cosmetics team. With expertise in cosmetics compliance and trade, she has helped numerous world-renowned cosmetic brands obtain product registration and notification certificates. She is also knowledgeable about cosmetic ingredient regulations in China, having led many new cosmetic ingredient application projects for premier raw material companies.

Her deep understanding of the regulatory framework and compliance requirements necessary to navigate this dynamic market has proven invaluable to her clients.

Lily Li
Senior Regulatory Technical Engineer, REACH24H

Lily Li has accumulated over ten years of research and work experience in various chemistry-related fields. Presently, her primary focus lies in researching Chinese, USA, and EU regulations, as well as conducting cosmetic safety assessments. She dedicates her efforts to assisting clients in obtaining pre-market approval for cosmetics and new ingredients within China, providing invaluable support to cosmetic companies and ingredient manufacturers. Additionally, Li Li has delivered comprehensive training sessions, both online and offline, to numerous cosmetic product manufacturers and raw material companies.

Eric Huang
Vice Chairman of Cosmetics Working Group, European Chamber

Eric is an experienced professional in the luxury fashion industry, currently serving as the Department Head of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Management at CHANEL, a renowned luxury fashion house established in 1910 by Coco Chanel in Paris. He has a wealth of experience in the fragrance and beauty sector, having worked at COTY as the Regulatory Affairs Director for North East Asia, at Clarins Groupe as the Department Head for China Regulatory Affairs, and at Procter & Gamble in Global Product Stewardship/Regulatory Affairs.

Eric’s educational background includes a Master degree in Organic Chemistry and a Bachelor degree in Applied Chemistry from Huazhong University of Science and & Technology. His expertise and extensive work history make him a valuable asset in the beauty and fragrance industry.
