On 17 March 2021, Eurochambres, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania organized a Global Europe event with the support of two EU initiatives: the Latin America IP SME Helpdesks and the EU SME Centre.
The Global Europe webinar introduced projects funded by the European Commission that are key to support EU SMEs and business support organisations make their mark in global markets. The session gathered over 50 participants including Romanian Business Support Organisations and SMEs and was moderated by Ec. PhD. Mihai Ivascu, advisor to the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania. The attendees got insights on how to access EU-funded services that will kickstart the internationalisation to critical markets such as Latin America, China or India. Among other EU projects, the EU SME Centre’s EU Partnership Coordinator, Laura Velasco, presented how our services can support the internationalisation process into China.
