Helika Jürgenson is the Training Manager of the EU SME Centre and a specialist of the IP system in China. She has a strong project management background, having worked as Project Manager and Project Coordinator on EU-funded projects in Development Solutions Europe Ltd. for over 3 years, prior to joining the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. She also has strong event management skills, having managed events in China and South-East Asia. In 2016, Helika started working for the China IPR SME Helpdesk and has written several short articles on IP issues, published on the Helpdesk website.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Studies with the focus on International Law from Aarhus University in Denmark and a BA in History and International Relations from the University of Tartu in Estonia.
