About the Speakers
Javier Bahut is an experienced international business consultant specialized in high-level investment, trade and negotiations between China and Europe. For the past 8 years Mr. Bahut has worked in China. For over 6 years as the director of the office of Spain’s regional government of Cantabria. At present he is the Business Development Advisor at the EU SME Centre. He has been involved in more than 500 business consultations, which resulted in the establishment of more than 65 regular commercial relations with over 12 million euro in new business, both in Europe and China. Chinese-speaking Mr. Bahut will bring his China consulting experience and expertise to your organization to help innovate and energize your business strategies. Mr. Bahut’s most valuable strength is to bring different parties to mutual understanding through win-win cooperation. Mr. Bahut has a solid experience in public lectures both in China and Europe.
Sergio Scanu is an associate of Chiomenti Studio Legale based in the Beijing office. Mr. Scanu’s practice focuses on corporate law, M&A and foreign direct investments. Prior to joining Chiomenti in 2008, Mr. Scanu worked at Birindelli e Associati Law firm in Beijing. Mr. Scanu graduated in law from the University of Sassari, Italy, in 2006 and obtained an LL.M in Chinese Law from Tsinghua University, in Beijing, China in 2007.
