Opportunities and Challenges of Global Supply Chains
After three years of travel restrictions, European headquarters are finally rebuilding their physical connections with their branches in China. Many started arranging intensive visit schedules since the very beginning of 2023. Businesses are reviewing their performances in the China market. They are also considering their supply chain strategies to maintain profitability and market share.
