OTEC 2016 International Startup Meetup

Starting your own business in China? Ever wonder how to deal with Chinese government? If your answers are both yes, we have an event for you. Here you will have the opportunity to meet government officials, successful domestic and foreign startup founders, investors and media. Topics ranging from visa application and business registration to fund raising and FREE grants will be presented, as well as outstanding entrepreneurs sharing them own stories. You may also have a chance to introduce yourself on the stage to all participants of this event.

• Topic 1 – Visa policies for foreign workers, permanent resident cards, etc.
• Topic 2 – Grants from Chaoyang government (Phoenix Program) available to international entrepreneurs (from 100K up to 300K).
• Topic 3 – Tips and procedures in registering your own company in Beijing.
• Topic 4 – How to survive and thrive as a startup in China from an investor’s perspective.
• Topic 5 – Entrepreneurs as guest speakers sharing their startup stories.

Networking Session

There will be a NETWORKING session following the talks, in which you may mingle with entrepreneurs, local talents, and like-minded people from startup community.
