The Enterprise Europe Network and the Dutch Consulate in Shanghai will organize a company mission to Shanghai. The mission will include a general program combined with a space for you at the Holland Pavilion at CHIC fair and a matchmaking. The target participants for this mission are Dutch fashion labels and Chinese buyers & retailers. This mission will take place from the 14th until the 18th of March 2016.
By participating you will be able to get to know the Chinese market in a time and budget efficient way and you will be able to meet lots of potential business partners.
Program
– Day 1 (14th of March)
Morning: Brief introduction session in the consulate – e-commerce, IPR, doing business in China.
Afternoon Visit concept stores (Yilei, Dongliang, Sonja) and department store (K11, IAPM, Kerry Center Jingan).
– Day 2 (15th of March)
Morning: Preparing Holland pavilion at CHIC fair.
Afternoon: Seminar in collaboration with Donghua University – “How to become successful on the Chinese market as a Dutch fashion label?” .
– Day 3 and 4 (16th and 17th of March)
Will be spent at CHIC. At day 4 the matchmaking will take place at the Holland pavilion.
– Day 5 (18th of March)
Morning: will be spent at CHIC + matchmaking.
Afternoon: Visit HUB showroom (someone will be arranged to be at the Holland pavilion).
Participation fee
Around 750 euro/person which includes:
– The 5 day program, including the presence of your collection (5 to 10 pieces) at the Holland pavilion at CHIC fair. The pavilion is 54 sq metres and we have room for 20 Dutch fashion labels to participate in this mission.
– 5 nights at a mid-segment hotel.
– Most meals and drinks.
– Guidance and advice before ( in preparing your mission), during and after the mission.
Not included:
-Flights.
-1 or 2 extra hotel nights.
-The other meals and drinks.
For Chinese Companies
The Dutch participants will present their collection in the Holland pavilion at CHIC (16-18 of March). On the 16 and 17th of March an Enterprise Europe Network matchmaking will be organized. For this matchmaking the dutch companies are looking for Chinese agents & distributors, buyers, retailers, etc.
For Chinese companies interested in meeting with one of the dutch participants, it is possible to arrange a matchmaking meeting supported by the Enterprise Europe Network. Free entrance as VIP guests will be guaranteed.
Important remark
If you want to participate it is highly recommended that you make sure your brand is registered in China with the CTMO, China Trade Mark Office.
