欧盟中小企业中心、塞浦路斯中国商业协会、塞浦路斯工商会将于2016年6月1日下午在北京举办塞浦路斯投资商务对接会，为塞浦路斯与中方企业搭建合作交流平台。
塞浦路斯代表团企业主要行业分布于房地产、法律服务、财务咨询等，希望通过本次对接活动寻找对塞浦路斯房地产、基础设施、投资移民、旅游等产业有投资合作意向的中国企业与机构进行会面。
Servicing Chinese Outbound Investment
The EU SME Centre, the Cyprus-China Business Association and Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be organising a business matchmaking event on June 1st in Beijing, helping Cypriot SMEs connect with potential Chinese business partners to identify cooperation opportunities in areas such as real estate, investment, commercial services, immigration services and tourism.

塞浦路斯与中国“一带一路”战略
塞浦路斯（国土面积9,251平方公里，人口约85万）位于地中海东段，地处欧亚非三大洲交叉路口，紧邻欧洲和中东以及远东地区的繁忙交通要道，具有良好的战略地理位置。塞浦路斯首都位于尼科西亚市（Nicosia），其它主要城市包括利马索（Limassol）- 该国第二大城市和最大港口，以及纳卡（Larnaka）和帕福斯（Paphos）。
塞浦路斯是欧盟成员国之一。其经济发展的动力主要来自旅游服务业和出口型产业。就国民生产总值而言，为该国经济发展做出重要贡献的产业为：交通运输、仓储、通讯、金融服务、批发和零售、房地产、商务服务、建筑业和教育等。塞浦路斯外汇收入主要来自旅游、出口、交通运输、国际贸易和船运业。
塞浦路斯积极参与并支持中国政府的“一带一路”战略，帮助推进海上丝绸之路的发展。2015年10月，塞浦路斯总统阿纳斯塔夏季斯受邀访华并出席在北京举行的亚洲政党丝绸之路专题会议，并表示希望进一步巩固并深化塞中业已建立的良好关系，继续推动两国在经贸和人员交往等方面的合作。

About Cyprus and China’s “One Belt, One Road” Initiative
Cyprus (9,251 square miles, population 0.85 million) sits at the east end of the Mediterranean Sea, the intersection point of three continents. The capital of Cyprus is Nicosia; other key cities include Limassol, which is the second largest city and the largest port of the country, Larnaka and Paphos.
Cyprus is a member state of the European Union. Tourism and export oriented industries are the main engines that power its economy. As for GDP composition, top scoring industries are: transportation, logistics, telecommunications, financial services, retail, real estate, business services, construction, and education. Industries that generate the most foreign exchange revenues are: tourism, commerce, transportation, international trade, and shipping.
Cyprus is an active supporter and contributor to China’s “One Belt, One Road” initiative, especially in promoting the modern sea silk road. In October 2015, during his official visit to China, President of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades said, “The objective of my visit to China was not only to reaffirm the excellent political relations between the two countries, but also to take advantage and build upon it to strengthen our economic relationship as well.”
