Marsilli & Co. – an Italian designer, manufacturer and supplier of winding machines, coil assembly systems, and automatic assembly systems – decided to set up a JV in China with its long-term Chinese distributor after years of successfully selling its products and services in China.

This choice, resulting by both business strategy and market related considerations, serves Marsilli’s plans of retaining and further expanding its market share both in the Chinese and global markets as well as to more immediately respond to the increasingly articulated requests coming from its customers in China. The set-up of the JV, albeit a rather challenging process, endowed Marsilli with a strong position to leverage on operations in China.
